So I have three cats. THIS is the asshole.
His name is Alex and he showed up one cold snowy February. He was scrawny and dirty and oh so friendly. Until he got in the house. He then proceeded to eat all the food. The other cat’s. The dog’s. Mine. He can touch you (sleep on you, sit on your lap), but you CANNOT touch him. He bites. He scratches.
I have never heard him purr and he does not know how to meow. He chirps. He also has a stripe around one of his back legs. It resembles an ankle monitor.
He ran away for three weeks, ended up three miles away and has been on house arrest ever since. I guess the stripe is appropriate. He is charming about once every 30-45 days. Here is his last attempt at charm.
