A truly heartless person tied this mother cat to a pole and abandoned her along with her kittens. I found them near a garbage dump.
When I found them, the mother cat was extremely weak. I took them to the nearest veterinary clinic as quickly as I could. The vet said her body was in very poor condition and started her on IV fluids and necessary treatment.
They are safe now. Once they recover, I will take them to our cat shelter and care for them with love.
