This is my father with Robin, the cat who was part of our family for 17 years. When we saw them sleeping so peacefully, we quickly grabbed the camera to capture the moment.
This photo is the last one we have of my father; that very evening, he passed away, taking a piece of our hearts with him.
In an unbelievable twist, this is also the last photo of Robin. Just two nights later, he left us too.
We believe there’s a deeper meaning to this—Robin, who was deeply attached to my father, chose to follow him, unable to endure the separation.
Now, we like to imagine them still together, locked in an eternal embrace that nothing can ever break. 💞
