A tiny black kitten was spotted terrified in the middle of US Highway 441 in Alachua, Florida. With cars speeding by just inches away, the situation was extremely dangerous!
A quick-thinking truck driver noticed the kitten first. He immediately stopped his truck to block one lane of traffic, creating a safe space. Moments later, Officer Stanfield of the Alachua Police Department arrived. He carefully approached the kitten, scooped it up 🐾, and brought it to safety.
The rescue was captured on body camera footage šŸŽ„, showing Officer Stanfield cradling the tiny kitten in his hands. The kitten was later adopted by one of the department’s dispatchers šŸ”ā¤ļø, giving her a loving forever home.
