Meet Izzy‑Belle: abandoned and literally frozen to a cement porch, she suffered severe frostbite and lost much of her fur and the tips of her ears, but a no‑kill rescue tracked her microchip (her former owners refused to take her) and nursed her back to health with daily bandage changes.
Now adopted and fully recovered (those quirky ear tips give her extra charm), Izzy races around her new home, sleeps with her person and keeps resident cat Titus Andronicus on his toes — share to celebrate this amazing rescue.
