Why are people so inhuman?
This little kitten was hit by a vehicle and left lying in the grass by the roadside. It seems like it struggled here for a long time before passing away, because the grass all around it is flattened.
This happened across from a coffee shop at 1894 Main St, San Diego. Many people park their cars here. If someone had taken this kitten to a hospital right after the accident, it might still be alive today.
The person who hit it cannot be called a human — they drove away knowingly. There’s no way someone wouldn’t notice if they hit an animal. By the time I saw it, it was already too late.
This kitten definitely had an owner. I’ve informed the coffee shop owner about what happened.
Now you’re free from pain, wrapped in love, and watching over us until we meet again. 💔🌈🐾
