1952 Hudson Hornet

’52 was the first full year for Hudson’s famous Twin H-Power induction system. It added dual single-barrel carburetors and a special intake manifold to the massive 308-cubic-inch inline-six engine. This boosted output to 170 horsepower, a figure that allowed this six-cylinder car to out-accelerate many of the V8 engines from Cadillac and Oldsmobile. At the time, it was the largest six-cylinder engine in the world.
