1955 Ford Fairlane Victoria

While the 239 V8 was available, most ’55 Victorias were ordered with the improved 272-cubic-inch Y-Block V8, which produced 162 horsepower (or 182 hp with the “Power Pack”). This engine was Ford’s direct competitor to the new Chevrolet Small Block.
