Champ was only a tiny kitten when life almost ended in a cold back alley. Covered in ants, soaked in urine, and too weak to even lift her head, Champ looked like a sweet soul the world had already forgotten. But her heart was still beating, barely holding on.

Not long after being rescued, Champ’s seizures started. Her little body shook again and again through the night, and the vet said the words that shattered everyone’s chest, there might be no hope, and letting go could be “kinder.”

But love refused to quit. In safe arms, Champ kept fighting through fear, pain, and darkness. And somehow, the kitten who should not have survived began to choose life, one trembling breath at a time.
