Seeing this pregnant cat made me realize just how cruel humans can be.
She was found tied up near a garbage dump here in Southern California. I went to see her after receiving a message, and the moment I saw her, my heart sank. It made me think again about how dangerous and heartless people can be.
I brought her to the vet as quickly as I could. The vet said her body is extremely weak and that her condition is quite serious, because she has contracted a virus. I believe that’s why that merciless person abandoned her, tied up near a pile of trash.
If she had been born a human, I pray she would never have to be born into a place like this. No living being deserves this kind of suffering.
