When rescuers first spotted the tiny kitten lying motionless on the street, it looked like there was no hope left.
His frail body was barely breathing, his ribs visible beneath his matted fur. Next to him was another kitten, also weak but still clinging to life.
Without hesitation, they scooped up both and rushed them to the nearest vet.
The vet’s assessment was grim.
The larger kitten, the one barely holding on, was in critical condition. “It’s unlikely he’ll survive,” the vet said. “He’s skin and bones.”

He began using the litter box with help and even scratched the litter after, showing his clean little habits.

The tiny kitten who had once been too weak to stand was now taking wobbly but determined steps across the floor.
Then came another challenge. Milo’s skin began to show signs of infection.
The vet suspected ringworm or necrosis, so treatment continued.
Through it all, his sister remained close, she’d run to his cage the moment they were separated, as if reminding him he wasn’t alone.
