Seventeen years of companionship will always be in each other’s hearts.
This is my dad, resting with Robin. Our cat is seventeen years old, leaning against my dad’s chest. We took this photo that day. But we didn’t know it would be the last photo of them together.
That night, my dad passed away in his sleep… still holding the cat that had never left him. Two days later, Robin followed my dad and left this world as well.
Some bonds are too strong to be broken, and some love transcends time and space. We hope that my dad and Robin are still together now, embracing each other, just like in this photo, forever ❤️
