On a stormy night, a mother cat clung to a PVC pole, trying to protect her trembling kitten from the rising floodwaters. A young man, soaked and determined, spotted them and approached slowly. Holding the kitten gently, he whispered, “You’re safe now… I’m here to help.”
The mother, initially fearful, began to trust him. He carefully cradled them both, giving them shelter and warmth. In that moment, his simple act of kindness changed their lives forever.
