A number of conversions existed in the early 20th century altering a Ford car into a commercial vehicle. Kits could turn them into tractors, fire equipment, or even snowmobiles. Quite popular in snowy regions, these conversions are most associated the Model T. Though much rarer, Model A conversions also existed.
