✨ My new soul mate, Kirby ✨
This is Kirby! He was born with severe Manx syndrome, which means he has both urinary and fecal incontinence. He can’t control his bathroom activity, so he spends most of the day without a diaper (as long as he isn’t making too much of a mess) and even has his very own bedroom. 🐱💙
Caring for him is a big commitment — he gets two baths a day, eats specialized (and very pricey) gestational cat food, and takes four medications daily. But he actually loves his baths! His favorite part is when I wrap him gently in a towel afterward and spend 15 minutes drying him with care. 🛁✨
And here’s the thing: Kirby is the sweetest, most affectionate cat I’ve ever known. And that’s saying a lot, because I run a cat rescue. His love is pure, constant, and absolutely soul-deep.
I can’t put into words how much I love this boy. He truly is my heart, my joy, and my soul mate. 💕🐾
