Biscuit spent 12 years believing she had already found her forever.

Biscuit was recently brought to the Chesapeake Feline Association, and what came with her left staff shaken.
It was not just that she had been surrendered.
It was the request that came with it.
She had been brought in to be euthanized.
At first, that alone raises questions.
Biscuit was not described as aggressive. She was not suffering from a serious medical condition. In fact, she was known to be a loving, social cat who enjoys being around people.
