The call came in about a small, hairless dog lying by the side of the road. She was in a terrible state, dumped and alone. For two agonizing days, she lay there, unable to even stand. Her condition was dire, a heartbreaking sight that stirred immediate concern.

Just when all seemed lost, a beacon of hope emerged. Ibu Yuniartika, a compassionate soul they had met previously, heard about the dog’s plight. She immediately reached out, offering her help and a chance for the little one to be rescued from her grim situation.

Upon rescue, the little dog was deeply traumatized. Ibu Yuniartika tried to offer her food, but the fear was too great. The poor creature, barely a year and a half old, was likely abandoned due to her severe skin condition. It’s a stark reminder of the cruelty some animals face.

Thankfully, at the clinic, the little dog began to show signs of improvement. She started to eat, and the need for IV fluids was averted. With medicated baths, oral medications, and supplements, she was on her way to healing, both physically and emotionally.

After her treatment, the little girl was brought to Ibu Yuniartika and her family. They had lovingly offered to adopt her, giving her a second chance at a happy life. They named her Grace, a fitting tribute to the kindness she had received. We are deeply grateful for their compassion.
