This goose-sized waterfowl is small enough to hide among floating lily pads.

The Green Pygmy Goose is one of the smallest members of the duck and goose family, inhabiting freshwater wetlands across northern Australia and New Guinea. It feeds mainly on seeds and aquatic vegetation, often gliding quietly through ponds covered with water lilies.

A tiny jewel of the wetlands, proving that even the smallest waterfowl can leave a lasting impression.
