This bird can swallow fruits whole that are too large for most birds to eat.

The Wreathed Hornbill inhabits the tropical forests of South and Southeast Asia, where it travels long distances in search of fruiting trees. It feeds mainly on figs and other large fruits, while also eating insects and small animals, making it one of the rainforest’s most important seed dispersers.

A giant of the treetops, carrying the future of the forest with every fruit it flies away with.
