This bird seems to walk on water without sinking.

The Pheasant-tailed Jacana inhabits wetlands across South and Southeast Asia. Its extraordinarily long toes spread its weight across floating vegetation, allowing it to stroll effortlessly over lily pads while searching for insects, snails, seeds, and other small aquatic prey. During the breeding season, it grows an elegant pheasant-like tail that makes it one of the most spectacular birds on the water.

A graceful dancer of the wetlands, turning every step across the lilies into a work of art.
