The Large Frogmouth is a master of camouflage found in the forests of Southeast Asia. With its broad frog-like bill, enormous eyes, and mottled brown plumage, it blends seamlessly into tree trunks during the day. After nightfall, it becomes an expert hunter, silently catching insects, small reptiles, frogs, and other tiny animals from low perches.
