When a Dachshund entered his life a few years ago, he never imagined that it would steal his heart so quickly, leading him to become a passionate Texas Dachshund breeder. Since then, many adorable puppies have come and gone, and each one has left a lasting impression.

The birth of a child is undeniably one of the most beautiful moments in life, not only for humans but also for animals, especially dogs. Breeders like Bethany often witness the arrival of a new fur baby, and each birth feels like a special gift.

One day in August, a Miniature Dachshund puppy named Smitten was born at her Fort Worth home. The dog mom wasted no time licking the baby and showering him with love right from the start.

Bethany couldn’t help but think of Dad, who had been a bit left out of the spotlight. She decided to take the puppy over to him, giving Dad the chance to meet and lick his new son. She and her team were eager to see his reaction.

“We wanted to get his reaction and see how he would respond to his newest puppy,” Bethany shared in an interview.
