As a volunteer with R.A.D. Rescue was driving along a quiet road in California, something caught her eye—a dog nearby. Curiosity piqued, she stopped her car and approached him, immediately noticing his unusually chubby face.
She pulled over, stepped out of her car, and immediately noticed the dog’s unusually chubby face.
