Saka’s journey started just like that.

At just a few weeks old, he was left all alone on the road. Fearful, hungry, and lost, he wandered, crying out in desperation, until his heart-wrenching plea was finally heard.

Surviving Against All Odds

A devoted cyclist had spent years rescuing dogs, helping countless pups find their forever homes. Along the way, two special dogs won his heart.

Soon, he realized that a bicycle wasn’t the best choice for rescuing in the way he dreamed. So, he swapped it for a van. What he didn’t know at the time was that his new adventure would lead him to another puppy in need – and that puppy was Saka!

On his daily ride with his two furry companions, a small, unrecognizable lump of fur caught his attention. As he approached, he realized it was a tiny puppy.

Saka, a fragile little furball at the time, struggled to move. He took a few wobbly steps toward the man, crying out in desperation and pleading for help.

An intense hunger had replaced the fear that once overwhelmed him, and he knew he had to trust this human. Fortunately, his cries didn’t go unheard.

The First Taste of Comfort

The man’s heart broke seeing Saka in such a state. It was clear this little one hadn’t eaten properly in days. Without hesitation, he pulled out some milk and dry food from his van, and Saka’s joy was overwhelming. He devoured the entire bowl in no time, and his hunger was finally satisfied.

Soon after, Saka found himself in the van, spending the night surrounded by his new family. Weak and exhausted, he curled up beside his new buddies and drifted off to sleep, feeling safe for the first time in a long while.

The man knew he couldn’t leave Saka out there, alone and vulnerable—nor did he want to. From the very first moment he laid eyes on this beautiful pup, his heart was stolen. And that’s when he made up his mind: Saka would be with him forever.

The next morning, Saka went for his vet exam. In addition to being severely malnourished, he was found to have mites, which caused him to lose much of his fur.

For the next two months, Saka settled into his new home, taking his medicine and slowly healing. During this time, he also began to learn what it meant to be a dog, growing alongside his new furry siblings.

And to everyone’s delight, he thrived!

With the help of his kind rescuer and his two furry friends, Saka blossomed into a true lovebug.

He embraced every moment of his new life. Eager to learn and play, he was full of excitement for each new adventure, even though he wasn’t completely healed yet.

Saka’s Home Is Wherever He Roams

In just two and a half months, Saka transformed into a completely new pup. His fur grew back beautifully, and he was now ready to take on the world with an open heart and eager paws.

The best part? He got to meet so many wonderful people during their adventures!

For Saka and his family, home isn’t just a place—it’s wherever their travels take them.

Together, they embark on countless adventures in their van, discovering new places and creating cherished memories along the way.

Because of the man who gave him a second chance, Saka is now a full-time explorer, a loving friend, and a loyal companion. But above all, he’s a joyful pup, living his best life!
