1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split Window Coupe

The 1963 Sting Ray was the first Corvette to feature retractable (hidden) headlights. They were operated by electric motors and became a signature Corvette design element that lasted for 42 years, all the way until the end of the C5 generation in 2004.
