1968 Ford Mustang GT Convertible

The GT option was offered again in 1968 and could be purchased with the 302 cubic-inch V8 (230 hp), 390 cubic-inch V8 (325 hp), or the mid-year introduced 428 cubic-inch Cobra Jet V8 (335 hp). The GT package included 14-inch styled steel wheels, a pop-open GT gas cap, β€œC” side striping, and a GT side emblem. There were only 17,458 GTs manufactured in 1968, making it a relatively rare and desirable model among Mustang enthusiasts.
