When 9-year-old Zayin saw a group of kids tossing a helpless kitten around at a skate park in Arizona, he didn’t think twice.
He walked up to them, handed over his favorite skateboard, and said,
“Take it — just please let the kitten go.”
The kids took the board and ran off. Zayin rushed to pick up the tiny cat, injured and shaking, and carried her straight home.
He and his mom cleaned her up, treated her wounds, and took her to the vet. The kitten lost one eye… but gained a whole new life. ❤️

He named her Peaches — and the two have been inseparable ever since.
Months later, the ASPCA honored Zayin as “Kid of the Year”, proving that kindness doesn’t need age — just heart.
🐱💫 He said it best:
“I can get another skateboard, but I can’t get another Peaches.”
