Found her in the parking lot late at night. Went downstairs for a quick bite to eat… And there she was. A tiny kitten standing on the hood of the car, shaking but determined. She didn’t meow. She looked at me like she knew.
Like she was waiting for me. I opened the door. She climbed in by herself. I don’t know who left her there. I don’t know how long she was there. But I do know one thing: I’ll never spend another night alone again. Welcome home, little girl.
