1935 Bentley Derby 3.5 Litre

Rolls Royce acquired the Bentley name and designed a new model, the Bentley 3.5 Litre, using their 18 h.p. chassis and a tuned-up version of their 20/25 h.p. engine. The design was successful, with 1,191 units produced between 1933 and 1937. The cars were known as the “Derby Bentley” and were lighter, faster, and more reliable than their predecessors. Coachwork was bespoke, and most buyers opted to specify their own requirements.
