💛—This woman has a golden Heart
While walking her dog near a wooded area in Rome, Georgia, a woman made an incredible discovery. Her pup’s strange behavior led her to a cardboard box hidden among the trees, where five tiny kittens were huddled together. Moments later, two adult cats appeared—one was their mama, and the other heavily pregnant.
Luckily, the woman’s brother Ricky volunteers with Floyd Felines, a local cat rescue, and together they rushed to help. On the way, the pregnant cat surprised everyone by going into labor, giving birth to four healthy kittens once she felt safe. The other mama, exhausted and starving, finally received the food and care she desperately needed.
Now named Phyllis and Mary Kate, the two mamas are recovering in comfort while caring for their babies. Once the kittens are grown, all will be ready for adoption. Thanks to kindness and quick action, 11 precious lives were saved and given a chance at a happy future.
