The Blyth’s Tragopan is a rare and elusive pheasant found in the forests of northeastern India, northern Myanmar, and southwestern China. The male is spectacular, with rich orange-red plumage covered in bold white spots, a dark face, and a striking blue facial patch. During courtship, he can raise colorful fleshy horns and a bib-like wattle in an extraordinary display to impress a mate.
