1929 Bentley 6Β½-Litre Sedanca de Ville (by H.J. Mulliner)
The Sedanca de Ville body style featured formal coachwork with flowing wings and a distinctive “de Ville extension” over the driver’s compartment, creating an elegant profile that distinguished it from sporting models. Unlike the more commonly seen fabric-bodied tourers of today, these formal body styles represented what around 80 percent of W.O. Bentley’s production actually looked like when new.
Powered by a 6.6-liter straight-six engine producing 180 horsepower and paired with a four-speed manual transmission, the 1929 Bentley delivered impressive performance for their era.
